Landreeve ® Ltd was founded by Harrison Riddle in 2021 as a specialist consultancy, acting exclusively on behalf of land and property owners. We realised that there was a severe shortage of professionals representing those on the landowner side, against the large authorities and private corporations. We recognise the importance and need for infrastructure projects that are in the wider public interest, but equally feel that property owners rights need to be respected, their voices heard and any impact fairly compensated.

Since starting, we have helped multiple clients claim compensation for the impact of new roads, agreed back rent with telecoms operators, negotiated new leases, helped resolve disputes, settled complicated rights of access and secured a number of option agreements for energy projects to name a few. We are a small high-performing team and intend to continue growing to meet the needs of our clients.
