Although we act for land and property owners, we are always interested to hear from developers who we can work with from the other side of the fence.

A major part of what we do is partnering landowners up with select, reputable developers and then negotiating terms with that chosen developer to deliver a project on our clients land. This could be an energy project, electric vehicle infrastructure, telecoms mast or biodiversity (to name a few).

In a similar vein, we would like to hear from investors and investment companies interested in acquiring land for a particular purpose or in purchasing an existing income stream.

A number of our landlord clients are either open to receiving an offer for their site, or have a settled intention to sell a long leasehold or freehold interest once a project is operational and the lease in place. Accordingly, we occasionally circulate established sites and invite offers from investors.
