Landreeve was instructed to act for the owner of two rooftop telecoms sites. After undertaking an initial free review of the leases, we identified that there were a number of outstanding rent reviews in the lease for the first site and one outstanding rent review in the lease for the second site.

The owner had previously received a significant payment under an existing easement, but since then had obtained planning permission to convert a number of barns to residential use.
